This is reflected in the data from a report that the Ministry of Education has delivered to STEI, which had requested it in the context of the lawsuit against the plan. According to this data, the average score out of 100 in the fourth-grade Primary tests places Catalan at 38 points, compared to 58 points for Spanish, 20 points less. This is the initial evaluation carried out in October 2024 in the participating schools, as established by the resolution regulating the plan. Specifically, the results correspond to the 11 schools that joined in the 2024-2025 academic year, while this year there are already 20 affiliated schools.STEI considers that these figures demonstrate the limitations of the model promoted by the Government. The union recalls that the plan itself sets the objective for schools to "adopt measures to compensate for possible deficiencies in either of the two official languages".

This year, the program has been expanded to include secondary schools. Last year, it was introduced on a voluntary basis in eleven primary schools. This year, nine new schools that met the space and demand requirements have joined, bringing the total number of participating schools to 20, including the eleven from last year. According to official data from the Ministry of Education, the allocated budget has increased significantly: from €1,153,183 last year to €3,735,019 this year, to fund the necessary teaching hours in primary and secondary education. In Primary school, each group will receive seven hours, while in Secondary school, the hours allocated are those of the subject chosen by each school plus one hour of coordination per group, totaling 591 hours.

Last year, €1,153,183 was invested to cover six hours of teaching for each primary school class in the 11 participating schools, totaling 534 hours, as specified in a parliamentary response to the PSIB (Socialist Party of the Balearic Islands). This year, more schools have joined, and the program has been expanded to include secondary education, a change that will entail an expenditure of €3,735,019, to be distributed among schools offering both primary and secondary education and those offering only one of the two levels. Seven hours of teaching will be provided for each primary school class, given that the new curriculum includes an additional hour of mathematics (1,071 hours). In the case of Secondary Education, each school will be allocated the hours for the subject of its choice, plus one hour of coordination for each participating group. In total, 591 hours.

The manifesto demands that the school, as always, will continue "educating in democratic, anti-racist values and with scientific criteria" and that "it will continue to do so in Catalan", since the Catalan language is the "main tool for inclusion and social cohesion".
