Do you think the only solution to tourist overcrowding is to embrace degrowth? Do you go to protests against tourism and express your discontent with the situation we've reached in any forum? That's all very well. But if you also take advantage of your vacation to travel (and go sightseeing, even if you don't want to admit it), perhaps it would be better to keep quiet. Ludwig Wittgenstein said that "what we cannot speak about, we must remain silent about." Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of this statement; it actually has to do with language, not morality. The point is that we all talk about things we should keep silent about, whether due to a lack of linguistic resources, knowledge, or morality.

Only six out of 11 (54%) have agreed to accept the allocated place, while the rest will wait until September to see if they find a more suitable educational alternative. Sources close to the families affected by the decision assure that, of those who did attend the subsidized religious school, some would accept a change of school if offered.

More than 200 people (500, according to the organizers), including family members, teachers, and students, gathered at the initiative of the "La pública no se tocar" (Public Education Is Not To Be Touched) platform to protest the progressive disappearance of school places promoted by the Ministry of Education. "The education and future of children and young people cannot be played with. We don't want them to have to go to overcrowded schools. They have the right to go to their neighborhood school. We don't want families to be forced to send them to private schools they haven't chosen, with ideologies they don't share. They have the right to a quality public education, and equity for all students," the protesters demanded. Along the same lines, they have demanded a "strong, accessible, and sufficient" public education network to meet the social needs of each area, "as required by Article 104 of the Balearic Islands Education Law (LEIB)."
