      <description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://static1.ara.cat/clip/aada16a7-87ae-4dd8-b201-f7aec0e2d949_16-9-aspect-ratio_default_0.jpg" /></p><p>More than 60 residents of Son Sardina met this Tuesday at the neighborhood center to discuss the Government's law that provides for <a href="https://www.arabalears.cat/societat/gob-qualifica-llei-liberalitzacio-sol-mes-agressiva-decades_1_5429258.html" target="_blank">reclassify 3,500 hectares of rural land</a> to build protected housing. The residents of this neighborhood, <a href="https://www.arabalears.cat/societat/veins-macrourbanitzacio-palma-hi-viura-equipaments-serveis_1_5427639.html" target="_blank">one of the most affected by this law</a>, have expressed their concern about the urban development project promoted by the PP and Vox parties, which is now in its final stages of parliamentary processing. "It's a disaster," notes one of the residents, Tònia Llabrés, who nevertheless highlights the warm reception the meeting received. "People from other neighborhoods even came to see how we do it, how we organize ourselves, and learn how to do it themselves and gather information," she explains, adding that residents from Secar de la Real, Establiments, La Indioteria, and La Garriga attended.</p>]]></description>
