The Meteobal Plan establishes that IG0 (yellow) indicates a minor local adverse weather phenomenon, controllable with a rapid response, while IG1 (orange) anticipates a high risk to people and property, with the possible need to mobilize resources from beyond the municipality for monitoring and to ensure safety.

The 112 Emergency Coordination Center handled 987 calls on New Year's Eve, resulting in the registration and management of 135 incidents related to the night's events. This data was collected from 8:00 PM on December 31st until 8:00 AM on New Year's Day.

Nine vehicle accidents, five threats, five cases of illegal entry into homes, three robberies, two incidents of reckless driving, two neighborhood disputes, as well as one accidental fall and one act of vandalism were also recorded.
