The Sencelles Town Council has imposed a €10,400 fine on the organizers of an illegal Halloween party held on November 1, 2019, on a rural property within the municipality. The decision is final after the organizers' appeal was dismissed. According to the Town Council, the Local Police went to the location after receiving complaints from several residents and found more than 700 people and approximately 150 vehicles parked around the property. The police report states that the event caused significant noise disturbances, traffic disruptions, and even a traffic accident related to the large number of cars. Furthermore, the presence of hired security personnel indicated that it was an unauthorized business activity, organized without the necessary permits or the safety measures required by law.

Fraguel Rock was open for 23 years. It closed in a disastrous 2018, at the height of the decline of the party scene in Gomila, but for two decades it remained Palma's legendary heavy metal bar. The Santa Eulària del Río Local Police have filed a complaint against the owner of a villa built on a property located in Cala Olivera (Ibiza) for the holding of an illegal party that, according to investigations, violated several current regulations.
