It's a turning point. Not only because this instrument—a pioneer in Southern Europe—offers us, for the first time, a structured and viable vision for how to rigorously respond to a fundamental question: how do we want to grow from now on? And the answer is clear: in a smarter, fairer, and more our own way. Because the wide range of assets, capabilities, natural and cultural resources, institutions, policies, and social dynamics that we have gathered over time around tourism is also the best way to demonstrate that the circular economy is not an abstract concept, but a tangible promise of progress and well-being.</p>]]></description>
