The Magaluf Expanded Literature Festival (FLEM), organized by Rata Corner and INNSiDE by Meliá, closed its fifth edition this Sunday with a resounding success with the public and critics, consolidating its position as one of the most important cultural events on the national literary calendar.

Siri Hustvedt's (Northfield, 1955) hands punctuate her speech, as serene as it is firm. The 2025 Magaluf Expanded Literature Festival (FLEM) will be held from October 2 to 5, and throughout these dates will host personalities from the world of literature such as Siri Hustvedt, Rita Bullwinkel, Joana Marcús, Javier Cercas and Isaac Rosa, among others.

In addition to Helen Fielding, Pedro Mairal and Antonia VicensAmong many others, one of the protagonists of the new edition of FLEM, which will take place from October 2 to 5 in Magaluf, will be the painter Joan Miró. The arrival of ten lithographs from a series of twenty, linked to the poetry collection Wonders with acrostic variations in Miró's garden, by Rafael Alberti, in one of the rooms of the INNSiDE Calviá Beach hotel is the result of a collaboration agreement between the festival, organized by the Rata Corner bookstore and INNSiDE by Melià, and the Miró Mallorca Foundation, which was presented this Wednesday morning.

Irish novelist John Boyne, who achieved worldwide fame for The boy in the striped pajamas, heads the list of confirmed participants in the fifth edition of the Magaluf Expanded Literature Festival (FLEM), which will be held from October 2 to 5 at the Innside Calvià Beach hotel.
