A man has been arrested in Colombia after fleeing to avoid serving a sentence for sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl in Palma. The arrest took place in the city of Pereira, in the department of Risaralda, in a joint operation by the Colombian police and the country's prosecutor's office, with the support of international organizations.
