The National Police have arrested a young man of Spanish origin who was riding a motorcycle in Palma with three other passengers on board, without helmets, a license, or having passed the MOT (Spanish vehicle inspection). The incident occurred this Tuesday at around 3:30 a.m. on Jaume III Street in Palma, when a Citizen Services patrol from the National Police observed a motorcycle with four young men on board who were not wearing helmets.
