The Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca has ordered the demolition of an unlicensed house built on protected rural land with maximum protection status. The agency detected the construction in an Area of ​​Special Natural Interest and High Level of Protection (ANEI-AANP), where new buildings have been prohibited for 35 years under Balearic urban planning legislation.

The Board of Directors of the Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca, an autonomous body of the Mallorcan Council, has issued 10 demolition orders for works carried out without a license and has imposed fines totaling 2,240,000 euros.

The Mallorca Territorial Defense Agency (ADTM) yesterday morning sealed off and closed down the allegedly illegal shooting range in Sona Mora de Algaida. The ADTM, an autonomous body of the Mallorcan Council, visited the shooting range and sealed off access to the shooting range and an adjacent building.
