The Association for the Revitalization of Old Centers (ARCA) has submitted a set of allegations to the General Plan of Estellencs, currently in the public information phase, with the aim of strengthening the protection of the municipality's heritage, landscape, and territorial model. The entity registered its observations on May 25 and argues that the future of the town must be based on the conservation of its cultural and environmental values and avoid transformations that could irreversibly alter its identity.

The PSIB-PSOE has announced it is considering legal action against the initial approval of the Estellencs General Plan, due to irregularities detected during Tuesday's plenary session. In a statement, the party denounced the controversy and suspicions of irregularities in the session, after Mayor Bernat Isern and PP councilor Miquel Àngel Rosselló, who were absent from Thursday's vote because they are directly affected by the urban rezoning changes in the new regulations, voted in favor. According to the PSOE, they voted without being shown the reports that supposedly validated their votes.

A head-on collision between a TIB bus and a truck has left two people with minor injuries on the Ma-10 highway near Estellencs. The accident occurred this morning, according to information from the Civil Guard, when the bus and the truck collided head-on.
