The Balearic Islands are breaking records day after day in terms of housing prices. For the first time, the price per square meter surpassed the €5,000 mark. The year-on-year increase (based on May data) was 20.9%, and a 90-square-meter apartment rose €90,000 in the last year. In addition, the islands have a significant number of luxury homes. Idealista has compiled a ranking of the most expensive streets in Spain, and the most luxurious one in the Balearic Islands is located in Andratx: Camino del Salinar. In second place is Calle Binicaubell in Palma, in the Son Vida neighborhood: both are the most exclusive streets in the islands.
