The Civil Guard has identified the driver who on April 25 drove the wrong way on the Ma-19 highway towards Palma, on a very busy stretch between the airport and Coll d'en Rabassa. The events, recorded by various cameras, generated a situation of extreme danger and alarm among drivers.

Three young people were injured early Saturday morning in a minor traffic accident involving a car and a motorcycle on Camino de los Reyes in Palma. According to SAMU 061, the incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. when a car and a motorcycle collided. One of the injured is a 31-year-old man, who was taken to Quirón Salut Palma Planas Hospital. The other two injured are a 34-year-old man and a 19-year-old man. Both were taken to Son Espases University Hospital. SAMU 061 paramedics described the condition of the three injured as minor.

An 18-year-old was arrested in the early hours of November 25th after being caught sleeping in a stolen car, illegally parked directly in front of the Playa de Palma Local Police station on Avenida de América. A 67-year-old man died Thursday afternoon after his vehicle plunged into the sea at the port of Ciutadella, according to SAMU 061. The incident occurred at 9:17 p.m., when the coordination center received an alert that a vehicle had fallen into the water from the dock. Initially, the number of people inside the car was unknown. An Advanced Life Support Unit, a Basic Life Support Unit, and a doctor from the Ciutadella Primary Care Center (PAC) were dispatched. Firefighters rescued a single person in cardiac arrest, and after attempting resuscitation, he died.
