The Balearic Islands will face an autumn with higher than usual temperatures, according to the forecast by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet). The territorial center of the Islands estimates that there is a 70% probability that the quarter will be warmer than normal, following a summer that has been the hottest in the Archipelago since records began in 1961.
