The Palma Court has sentenced the former island councilor to two and a half years in prison. Pilar Bonet for defrauding Globalia of €2.1 million while working there. This Thursday, accompanied by her lawyer, Antoni Martínez, Bonet ratified the agreement reached by both parties and accepted the charges and the two-and-a-half-year prison sentence for having authorized payments through the company to personal accounts or accounts under her control when she served as head of administration and accounting from 2019 to 2023.
