If before people were governed by the 'work' calendar—sowing, harvesting, tondre, grape harvest, slaughtering...—now we obey the 'festival' calendar—bonfires and demons, carnival, Easter, popular festivals, Christmas...—which is equally exhausting.</p>]]></description>
