Real estate developer Matthias Kühn invoked his right not to testify this Monday before the Palma court investigating him for embezzlement, procedural fraud, and criminal insolvency. Kühn appeared at the Via de Alemania courthouse shortly before 9:15 a.m. (he was scheduled to appear at 9:30 a.m.) and left the courtroom shortly before 10:00 a.m. after failing to testify before the judge.
