The Supreme Court (TS) has dismissed the appeal filed by the Alcudiamar company challenging the closure of the hotel located in Puerto de Alcudia. The GOB, one of the entities that filed an appeal against the hotel, announced this Tuesday the court ruling, which upholds the ruling by the High Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB), which revoked the tourist authorization granted to Botel Alcudiamar and ordered its closure.
