Maritime Rescue rescued a man on Tuesday who was trapped in a cave in Cala la Nau, Felanitx, when sea conditions worsened. According to the rescue center, the alert was raised at midday by a companion of the victim, who was able to climb over the rocks. The rescue boat was dispatched to the scene. MimosaSince a helicopter rescue was not possible, he was rescued using a lifebuoy. The man was then taken to Portocolom.
