The Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca has ordered the demolition of an unlicensed house built on protected rural land with maximum protection status. The agency detected the construction in an Area of ​​Special Natural Interest and High Level of Protection (ANEI-AANP), where new buildings have been prohibited for 35 years under Balearic urban planning legislation.
