The judicial bodies of the Balearic Islands received 0.2% more cases in 2025 than the previous year, with a total of 200,020 cases registered, while the resolution capacity of the courts grew and the total number of cases resolved (193,755) experienced an interannual increase of 1.8%. However, according to the information provided by the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB), the cases that remained pending on December 31 (120,884) increased by 8.8%.
