The housing crisis in the Balearic Islands continues to generate concern within the real estate sector. The Balearic Association of National and International Real Estate Agencies (ABINI) has warned that the blocking of various state housing policies is aggravating the situation on the Islands, one of the territories with the most tension in the real estate market.
