The cook for the Aromata team, Daniela Reigosa, has won the award for the best tapa made with Mallorca Oil in the final of the Oleotapa competition, which was held at the Balearic Islands Hospitality School. She achieved this with the tapa called Tomato stuffed with Mallorca Oil with ice cream.
