The trial against the President of the Parliament, Gabriel Le Senne (Vox), for a hate crime already has a date: it will be from October 25th to 29th, 2027. This was indicated by magistrate Jaime Tàrtalo after the preliminary hearing held this Wednesday at the Palma Court, in the presence of Le Senne in the dock.

The First Section of the Provincial Court of the Balearic Islands has summoned the President of the Parliament, Gabriel Le Senne, to a preliminary hearing this Wednesday, October 28, before the oral trial for an alleged hate crime. The appearance will serve to prepare the procedure and bring the parties together before the oral hearing, which still does not have a set date.

What could have been an anecdotal social media post ended with a minor from Mallorca declaring as investigated before the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office. Guillem (a pseudonym to protect his anonymity), who was 17 years old at the time of the events, found himself involved in a judicial process as a result of an Instagram story in which he denounced tourist overcrowding.
