The commissioner Víctor de Aldama has assured in his statement before the National Court judge Ismael Moreno that he was never aware that the former president of the Balearic Islands and current president of the Congress of Deputies, Francina Armengol, requested or received commissions for the purchase of masks or PCR tests from the companies investigated in the Koldo case.
