CCOO stated this Monday that its complaints and actions before the Palma City Council and the Labor Inspectorate have led to the definitive closure of the Integral Office of Housing and Anti-occupation, located in Plaça de Santa Fe. As reported by the union in a statement, the process began after detecting several deficiencies in the working and safety conditions of the premises, which had been reopened “suddenly” at the end of May 2025, despite not meeting, according to CCOO, the adequate conditions to host municipal staff.
