The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal on points of law filed by the Bishopric of Mallorca against the ruling that recognized the Hieronymite nuns of the monastery of Santa Isabel de Palma as owners of the property. Thus, the high court considers the decision issued by the Provincial Court of Palma in May 2024 to be final.
