The LGBTI rights organization Ben Amics demanded this Thursday the closure of the Gender Identity Clinic at Son Espases hospital for carrying out, as it denounces, "systematic transphobic practices" and having become "the main obstacle to starting the healthcare transition".

A patient from the Psychiatry area of Son Espases hospital has caused a fire, which was quickly extinguished without causing significant personal or material damage.
