CCOO has filed an administrative contentious appeal against the composition of the consultative commission of the Vocational Training offer of the Department of Education because it considers that it violates the principle of parity by including employer representation, but excluding the most representative unions. This union has reported that the resolution of the general directorate of Vocational Training and Educational Planning has created a consultative body responsible for advising on the planning and suitability of the Vocational Training offer in the archipelago without guaranteeing the participation of trade union organizations.
