The American activist James 'Fergie' Cox Chambers, detained in Ibiza, has been placed at the disposal of the National High Court, which will be the court responsible for deciding on the extradition proceedings. As reported by the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB), the on-duty court made James 'Fergie' Cox Chambers available to the National High Court via videoconference and, for the time being, he will not have to attend the Ibiza courts in person.
