The Sóller 2010 works council has come to the defense of employees on medical leave and has rejected the notion that they should be presented as the main cause of the problems plaguing the service. The union representatives are calling on the municipal company's management to analyze the internal organization and working conditions before blaming absenteeism for the current difficulties.

Dozens of workers from the public company Sóller 2010 have gathered this Saturday in the Plaça de Sóller to demand that the City Council unblock collective bargaining and avoid the indefinite strike called for this Monday.
