Pacma has filed an administrative complaint and a request for public and environmental information access to clarify the installation of an artificial lake during a private party held at La Pedrera, in Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza.

The territorial representative of PACMA in Ibiza, Olivier Hassler, has filed a complaint with the Special Accounts Commission of the Santa Eulària des Riu City Council (Ibiza) for the total lack of execution of item 22.627, named 'Animal Welfare Plan'. This had a final allocation of 100,000 euros for the fiscal year 2025, but it closed the year with an execution of 0 euros, for which reason the political party has requested that municipal intervention certify the real status of these funds and that the Special Accounts Commission investigate and justify why no amount was finally allocated.
