The Government has finally launched the application and website to consult in real-time the occupancy of the Islands' beaches and predict their influx to improve the saturation of the coastline. Although the platform is in a testing phase and its functionalities are to be expanded in the coming months, there are already 150 beaches with sensors and the Executive has made it available to users. President Marga Prohens' commitment was to launch it this summer. However, since it has not started until the end of July, the data from the first half of the season will no longer be collected.
