The Palma Local Police have initiated proceedings against a 66-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against privacy after he allegedly recorded a 20-year-old young woman with his mobile phone without her consent while they were traveling on the Inca train. The events took place on August 4, when the woman was heading towards Palma, and the suspect was subsequently detained by a security guard at the Plaça d'Espanya Intermodal Station.
