The Civil Guard has recovered from the seabed in the north of Mallorca a stock weighing about 350 kilograms belonging to the anchor of a vessel from the Roman Empire era, dating between the 1st and 2nd centuries AD, due to the risk of it being looted. Agents of the Special Group for Underwater Activities (GEAS) moved the piece this Thursday, which was located at a depth of about three meters in an area close to the coast, to a new location to ensure its protection.
