The court number 8 of the Instruction Section of the Palma Court of Instance has declared the nullity of the proceedings related to the appeal in the framework of the complaint filed by Jorge Campos against the former President of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, Baltasar Picornell. The magistrate considers that during the processing of the appeal, the legally established procedure was not respected, a fact that caused defenselessness to the parties.
