The 24th edition of the Balearic Islands Children's and Youth Theatre Fair (Fiet) will bring together 45 companies from the Islands, from various territories of the State, and from countries such as France, Denmark, and Brazil. The programme includes nearly fifty activities and thirty premieres: 4 absolute, 3 in the State, and 23 in the Balearic Islands, as reported by the organisers this Monday.

Miquel Oliver Gomila (Més-Esquerra) will cease to be mayor of Manacor this Thursday, after more than seven years at the head of the City Council, to prepare his candidacy for the presidency of the Council of Mallorca in the May 2027 elections. More than 5,000 people from 45 municipalities of Mallorca arrived this Sunday morning at the sanctuary of Lluc after completing the 45th Lluc a Peu Walk from the Part Forana. The walk took place throughout the early morning without incidents and brought together participants for religious reasons, to maintain a tradition, or simply to share the route with family and friends.

I have stepped into this bar thousands of times, since back when it was run by Madò Antònia and her son, Pedro Antonio," explains another neighbor in a post that has also gone viral. She remembers the ice creams she used to buy there during summer afternoons, the games in the four corners of the square, and the parties. "She feels Biniaraix is like our home," she states. And she adds that what saddens her most is "seeing what is happening," because she believes it is no longer just a question of having a menu in Catalan or not, but of feeling that "the people from here no longer count."
