Part of the floor structure of a house located at number 10 on Encarnació Viñas street, in the Camp Redó neighborhood of Palma, collapsed this Friday. The dwelling had been previously evacuated due to the risk of collapse.

Palma City Council has included an addendum to the construction and operation contracts of the 166 limited-price housing that will be built in the city, to control the expenses charged by the development company to tenants. Thus, it is established that the Real Estate Tax (IBI) must be paid by the company awarded the contract for the real estate projects to be built on two plots in the neighborhoods of Camp Redó and Son Ferragut, except in the cases of discounts provided for in municipal ordinances.
