MÁS warns of "serious irregularities" in the awarding of temporary teachers
She asserts that the Director General of Teaching Staff, Joana Maria Cabrer, signed the provisional resolution before the deadline for appeals.

PalmMÁS por Mallorca has warned of "serious irregularities" committed by the Ministry of Education in the process of awarding positions to temporary workers. In a statement, the eco-sovereignists indicated that the Director General of Teaching Staff and State-subsidized Schools, Joana Maria Cabrer, signed the provisional resolution before the deadline for submitting complaints.
Specifically, according to the website, the deadline for submitting complaints regarding the provisional resolution was between 3:00 PM on August 1st and 3:00 PM on August 4th, but Cabrer signed the final resolution on August 4th at 12:08 PM, two hours and 52 minutes earlier.
The party's general coordinator, Lluís Apesteguia, asked, "How can the Government demonstrate what everyone already knows: that it doesn't believe in the procedures, that it didn't intend to address any complaints from any participant for any reason?" According to the parliamentary spokesperson, this situation adds to other flaws in the process of awarding positions and "represents an intolerable lack of respect for temporary workers and their rights."
Scheduling Problems
MÁS por Mallorca has pointed to other irregularities, as according to documentation published by Educació, the provisional resolution was signed on August 4 at 1:28 p.m., that is, after the final resolution. "This is not only convoluted and improper for the Government, but it also jeopardizes the entire procedure. If this were to happen, if it were declared null and void just before the start of the school year, who would assume responsibility for the chaos?" the petitioner stated. The eco-sovereignty movement has requested the Director General's urgent appearance before Parliament and has demanded that the Government take the necessary measures, in addition to assuming the relevant political responsibilities.
Education, for its part, is defending itself against the allegations spread about the awarding process. The Ministry assures that the final resolution was published after all the allegations submitted had been resolved within the established deadline, ensuring that no applicant would be left defenseless. "The final resolution takes effect from the moment of publication, and the content of the annexes reflects the data obtained after the deadline for objections has expired. The signing times stated in the documents reflect internal processing procedures and do not compromise the validity or transparency of the procedure," says Educació.
