With the slogan 'unity and bravery', the eco-sovereignists have called for the construction of a left-wing candidacy that is "broad, united, and brave". Although they have not detailed whether they will join forces with other left-wing parties, the formation's intention is to open negotiations with parties such as EUiA, Sumar, the CUP, and Podem. Linked to the CUP Palma, Pujol has an independent and Catalanist profile that can facilitate understanding.

In the first press conference as a candidate, he called to "connect with the new generation fighting to change the city". He also warned of the need to open the party "to civil society, neighborhoods, and social movements to make the left a useful tool, to regain trust and credibility", he continued. For his part, Mir asserted that the two aspirants have coincided "for years in struggles and spaces". "We have the same vision of what Palma should be like", he assured, and called to "change the current dynamics" and for "squares and institutions to go hand in hand".

After the resignation of the current leader of MÉS in Palma, Neus Truyol, and her team, finding a candidacy for the city has been one of the headaches for the leader of MÉS per Mallorca, Lluís Apesteguia. The eco-sovereignist offered former councilor Fina Santiago to be number one, but she rejected the proposal. Therefore, the tandem formed by Pujol and Mir has been the party's option B. Despite this, the candidate has avoided referring to it. "The objective is to create an exciting project", Mir stated: "If we are capable of creating this network of trust, I don't believe in electoral ceilings".
