A 67-year-old motorcyclist dies after crashing into a wall in Santa Maria

PalmaA 67-year-old man died this Friday afternoon after suffering a traffic accident with the motorcycle he was riding in Santa Maria del Camí.

The events took place shortly before 7:30 p.m. at kilometer 13 of the Ma-13 road, according to sources close to the investigation.

According to the first reconstructions of the events, the driver would have left the road on the left side for reasons that are still unknown. The loss of control of the motorcycle caused it to end up hitting a stone wall.

As a result of the strong impact, the man died at the scene of the accident.

The investigation of the facts has been left in the hands of the Traffic Group of the Civil Guard, which is now trying to clarify the exact circumstances of the accident.
