A car is set on fire in front of the Gesa building in Palma.

PalmA dense column of smoke has raised concerns among drivers and residents alike following a car fire located on the sidewalk of Avenida Gabriel Roca, in front of the Gesa building and heading towards Portitxol.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. very close to an establishment located on Can Pere Antoni beach and a few meters from the Conference Center.

A few minutes after receiving the call, a team of firefighters arrived at the indicated location and immediately extinguished the flames. The Civil Guard also attended the scene to control traffic and ensure there were no injuries. At this time, the flames have been extinguished, and no one was injured.
