PalmMallorca has been the scene of Cliff Jump, a competition that participants describe as the "best water jumping event in the world." Participants have gathered over the past few days in different coves on the island where, with an expectant audience and making the area even more crowded, they jump from more than 30 meters, performing all kinds of tricks before hitting the water. The winner is the one who manages to make the most "impressive" jump, putting their life in danger.

One of the Instagram accounts that has made this competition go viral is @Mision_cabraThe event lasted five days, during which participants (and the public) toured various strategic points along the Mallorcan coast. The first three days featured a qualifying round, and the last two days featured the final round, during which the winners of the competition, held for the first time in Mallorca, were determined.

In one of the videos it is explained that during the last day of the competition a world record was broken: onesextuplesideflip(six lateral gullies before touching the water), whose author won the competition.

It should be remembered that, at the time this competition was taking place, A young man was seriously injured after jumping into the water from a height of 23 meters in Cala Ventre, in Santanyí.According to the emergency services workers who treated him, the young man had difficulty moving his legs and suffered trauma to several parts of his body due to the fall. It is unknown whether the injured man was participating in the cliff jump.

On the Instagram account, they not only talk about the contest, but also tell how a group of young people live in Mallorca without a hotel or paying for any services. They explain how they came to Mallorca with nothing and how they spent five days without money. As for housing, they sleep in hammocks in the forests near the beaches where they spend the day. For personal hygiene, they explain that they either use the showers in Mallorca's coves or, without permission or authorization, dump themselves in the homes of local residents and use the outdoor showers and restrooms they find in the gardens.

For food, young people do shows in tourist areas with boats and tricks, and thus finance the purchase. However, these young people have spent five days in Mallorca without paying anything and breaking numerous regulations without being caught.
