Eleven injured in a multiple accident on the ring road
The accident, in which three passenger cars, a van and two light trucks have been involved, has left two less seriously injured, four slightly injured and five people with very minor injuries who have been attended to 'in situ'
PalmaSix people have been seriously injured and had to be transferred to various hospital centers in Palma after a multiple accident involving six vehicles this Friday afternoon on the ring road.
According to SAMU 061, the incident occurred at 3:51 PM at kilometer 2 of the MA-20 highway, near Palma. Three cars, a van, and two light trucks were involved in the collision.
In total, health teams treated 11 people. Five had very minor injuries and were assisted at the scene of the accident, without needing to be transferred to any health center. The other six were evacuated to different hospitals in Palma: Hospital Juaneda Miramar, Clínica Juaneda, and Policlínica Miramar.
Regarding the condition of the transferred injured, two people were less seriously injured and four suffered minor injuries, as detailed by 061.
To attend to the emergency, the health emergency service mobilized four advanced life support units, two basic life support units, a logistics vehicle, and a shift supervisor.
