Fog forces three flights from Ibiza to Valencia to be diverted

PalmFog forced the diversion of three flights scheduled to land in Ibiza from Barcelona, Palma, and Madrid to Valencia on Tuesday. According to information provided by Aena, the other airports in the Balearic Islands are not affected by the fog, despite the activation of regulations. On Monday, Palma airport experienced multiple delays due to fogAfter 8 p.m., 16 departing and 16 arriving flights were delayed, and around 6 p.m., there were 31 arrivals and 9 departures. The airports of Menorca and Ibiza did not register any delays. The Balearic Islands' 112 Emergency Service has activated a yellow alert for fog in Mallorca. According to the Emergency Service's social media account, this activation triggers the zero severity level (IG-0) of the Meteobal Plan.
