PalmaThe Civil Guard has filed a report against a 66-year-old man for cementing an area of rocks for the illegal installation of a crane used to lower and raise a boat in Cala Egos.
According to the armed force, during their operations to protect the use of the maritime-terrestrial public domain, they detected a semi-rigid vessel, the illegal installation of a crane, and the cemented area. The crane was anchored to a concrete platform of about two square meters on the ground.
These facts were already reported in 2024, when a report was filed for an infringement of the Coastal Law for the illegal occupation of the maritime-terrestrial public domain. Subsequently, the crane was removed, and last year it was verified that it had not been reinstalled. The agents have filed a report for recidivism in the installation of a crane and illegal use of the maritime-terrestrial public domain without authorization.
