PalmaThe Palma City Council has opened an informative investigation following the dissemination on social networks of a video related to a horse-drawn carriage driver. In the images, a young woman reprimands one of the drivers for not giving water to one of the animals and, during the discussion, the man ends up throwing water at her while the woman is being recorded.
The video has caused reactions on social media and has led the City Council to initiate proceedings to clarify what happened. The Mobility area is now responsible for clarifying the facts, determining the circumstances in which the incident occurred, and establishing, if appropriate, the measures that should be derived from it. The City Council has emphasized that it will not tolerate behavior that may be incompatible with the obligations and conditions that the holders and drivers of the carriage service must comply with.
