The drill, organized by Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca with the coordination of the Directorate General of Emergencies and Interior and the Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca, aims to exercise the activation and deactivation procedures of the different bodies and services in case of an accident at the Intermodal station. It also aims to train the planning and decision-making of command centers in emergency situations, such as the evacuation of a large number of people, attention to those affected, or the rescue and transfer of victims, and to assess both the response capacity and the degree of coordination between the participating bodies.

How long will the closure last?

The performance will take place on Sunday morning. On the other hand, during the afternoon, paving and adaptation works will be carried out to improve the access and exit ramps to the bus bays of the Intermodal station.
