The Feels Like Festival of Ibiza denies that a person died within the enclosure during the eclipse: "It was outside the enclosure"
The organization assures that the victim died on the promenade and that they had not accessed the event venue
PalmaThe organization of the Feels Like Festival, which took place on Wednesday in Sant Antoni de Portmany coinciding with the total solar eclipse, has denied that the person who died of cardiac arrest was inside the event venue.
The Sant Antoni City Council had reported this Thursday that, during the special operation deployed due to the eclipse, the death of a person who had suffered cardiac arrest had been registered on Doctor Fleming Avenue.
In a statement released this Friday, the festival organization conveyed its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased person, but wanted to specify that the events occurred outside the venue, specifically on the Sant Antoni promenade.
The festival organizers assure that they have no record of the person having accessed the event or having attended it.
Despite this, the organization states that its team of paramedics and security personnel collaborated with emergency services and the Civil Guard during the performance.
The Feels Like Festival has also assured that it makes itself available to the competent authorities to collaborate in the clarification of the facts and to provide any information that may be necessary.
