PalmThe Balearic Islands are breaking records day after day in terms of housing prices. For the first time, the price per square meter surpassed the €5,000 mark. The year-on-year increase (based on May data) was 20.9%, and a 90-square-meter apartment rose €90,000 in the last year. In addition, the islands have a significant number of luxury homes. Idealista has compiled a ranking of the most expensive streets in Spain, and the most luxurious one in the Balearic Islands is located in Andratx: Camino del Salinar. In second place is Calle Binicaubell in Palma, in the Son Vida neighborhood: both are the most exclusive streets in the islands.

The platform points out that on Camino del Salinar, homes have an average price of 8.9 million euros, while on Calle Binicaubell, they cost 8.8 million on average. At these prices, they are the third and fourth most expensive streets in Spain, while the top spot is occupied by the Coto Zagaleta development (Benahavís, Costa del Sol), where homes cost an average of 12.3 million. Second place goes to Avenida del Supermaresme (San Andrés de Llavaneres), with an average of 9 million euros per home.

In fifth place is another Costa del Sol street: the A-397 highway, also in Benahavís, with an average price of 8.5 million. Without leaving the Malaga coast, in sixth place is Calle de Vivaldi, with an average price of 7.6 million, and in seventh place is Calle de Albinoni (Marbella), also at 7.6 million. In eighth place on the list, Andratx appears again, with Calle del Congre, with a price of 7.1 million per house. The top 10 is rounded out by two representatives from Marbella: Calle de Wagner with an average of 7 million, and the Cascada de Camoján development, with a price of 6.8 million per property.

Six other territories have addresses with an average price of over one million euros: the Canary Islands (6.4 million euros), Madrid (5.4 million euros), the Valencian Community (4.9 million euros), Galicia (1.7 million euros), the Basque Country (1.6 million euros), Cantà (1.6 million euros), and Canudà. On the other hand, the most affordable region is Navarre, where the most expensive street has an average price of 302,665 euros, followed by Castilla La Mancha (513,500 euros) and Asturias (527,898 euros).
